The new dining and lifestyle area will be known as the Mondo Dining precinct.
The plan includes a multi-storey detached food and beverage building, with licenced balcony and accessible rooftop located south of the car park, as well as a health and wellness precinct, medical hub on the first floor, and landscaped area. This development aims to meet people’s high expectations for an area to entertain kids or meet with friends and family.
PENRITH PANTHERS LEAGUES CLUB
Beyond Westfield, Penrith Panthers are underway in developing a unique site with an offering of running tracks, lakeside dining, wine bars, entertainment, high quality apartments and landscaped areas. The expansion is to include the Western Sydney Community and Conference Centre. This will be a vibrant place with the atmosphere reflecting a true local village.
